About Creebridge Caravan Park
On the edge of Newton Stewart, this family-run park strikes a lovely balance between town convenience and quiet countryside. You're a five-minute walk from shops, restaurants and even a cinema, yet the site itself feels peaceful and green, with mature trees shading well-kept pitches. Guests praise the clean, well-equipped facilities and genuinely friendly welcome, noting it's excellent value for money.
The focus is firmly on slowing down rather than non-stop entertainment – there's a play area for children, but this is a place to unwind and explore the surrounding area. National Cycle Route 7 runs right alongside, while the 7Stanes mountain bike trails at Kirroughtree and Glentrool are within easy reach. Golfers, walkers and birdwatchers all find plenty nearby, and Galloway Forest Park – an International Dark Skies Reserve perfect for stargazing – is just five minutes' drive away.
Dogs are welcome year-round (on-lead), and with electric hook-ups available, even jumbo tents accommodated, and facilities including showers, recycling and electric car charging, Creebridge covers the practical side without fuss.

What visitors say
We recently stayed in one of the rental static caravans at Creebridge Caravan Park and had a fantastic time from start to finish. The caravan was spotless, modern, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The park itself was peaceful, well maintained, and in a great location for exploring the surrounding area. Staff were friendly and welcoming, making everything easy and stress-free from check-in onwards. Perfect for a relaxing family break and we wouldn’t hesitate to return again in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well looked after caravan park. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Last night here and honestly wishes we stayed longer. Had something else booked but cancelled on us on the morning of travelling. Quick search and found Creebridge Holiday Park and they saved the day. Arrived at check in time and the lovely lady at reception was informative and helpful and even had a easter egg for my child. Straight into caravan, clean, fresh, plenty room, WiFi and warm. Fully equipped for everything you need. Had a little plumbing problem and felt awful calling so late on easter sunday night but the guy was there within 5 mins and offered us an alternative caravan or wait till morning. We went with the latter. By 9am plumber was here and all sorted. Would highly recommended this place. 1st time staying and been a few times to the area. Will definitely be returing. Thanks so much for a great Easter weekend break.

We were camping with a tent. This place is nog sexy at all, no nice views and you are in between a lot of caravans. But it is nice and quiet. The owner is very nice and helpful. The toilet building is clean and seems barely used. It seems recently painted, but showers are still old I think. You need showertokens! And you are within walking distance of the town. Do note that there is an extra charge for card payments.

For the cost, this caravan park is amazing. We stayed in a cabin which slept 6, living areas were great and the kitchen was well stocked and very workable. Rooms were small, but fine. Great for kids. There is also a little playground for the kids. Staff were super friendly. Would highly recommend this place.
