What visitors say
We enjoy this park. We come with our 2 dogs, so the fact that the dog friendly beach is literally 2 minutes from the park entrance (we are slow walkers), is perfect for us. You can walk along the beach to Hunstanton too, where we found lovely fish and chips, ice cream, fresh made donuts and dog ice cream (place called Vegas), all reasonably priced. We do not use any of the activities available due to dogs not being allowed in the bar etc., but the pool definitely looks in inviting. We did eat there (just once), but we're not impressed. We had the burger and chips which was only luke warm, the coleslaw on the plate with it was warmer than the food. And it was overpriced for what it is.

Room was very poor quality, could tell the materials used to create the caravan were cheap, everytime anyone tried to open and close the blinds it would collapse and fall off the window. Not to mention the WiFi was horrible and most of the time didn’t even work. Restaurant had good food, nice staff and a nice location.

Stayed at heacham beach with my 3 kids. I can’t speak highly enough about the staff. The entertainment team (grace and Toni) went above and beyond for the kids and made their trip really special. The manager (didn’t get her name, but she’s blonde and loves Disney, I hope that helps get her some recognition) was incredible. As a single mum trips can feel more difficult but she went above and beyond, even stopping to chat to me which is everything when you’re alone with 3 kids for 5 days! Was a perfect base for us to explore We have stayed at other park deans before which on paper are bigger and have more amenities but the staff absolutely made it for us! We will definitely be back!

This has genuinely been the worst holiday experience my family and I have ever had in the UK. We are a family of five and regularly stay in caravans across the country, so we know what to expect. This time, we booked two caravans for 7 days through a third-party company, and we were very clear about two things: both caravans needed to be next to each other and they had to be the same size, same standard. We were reassured multiple times over the phone that this would 100% be the case. A day before arrival, we were told the caravans wouldn’t be next to each other anymore. While disappointing, we accepted it as long as they were still the same standard. When we arrived, the reality was completely different. One caravan was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The other the one for my family of five was shockingly small, poorly equipped, and completely unsuitable. There was no extractor fan above the cooker, no ventilation in the toilet, and barely any space to move. Cooking or using the bathroom would leave the entire caravan smelling. We couldn’t even sit together comfortably, and there was not enough room for our belongings. It was unacceptable for five people. When I raised this issue, I was told “you got what you paid for,” which is simply not true. I paid for two caravans of the same standard, and that is not what was delivered. The caravans were clearly not the same size or quality, despite multiple assurances. To make matters worse, the customer service was terrible throughout. Staff were dismissive and unhelpful. Even a simple request retrieving my child’s football was ignored for two days with constant delays and empty promises. We ended up leaving without it. This experience completely ruined our holiday, and we ended our trip early because of it. I am not someone who complains easily, but this was beyond disappointing. The issue is not just the caravan it’s the dishonesty and poor service. If you cannot provide what you promise, be upfront about it. I would not return here and would not recommend this place to anyone.
