About Manor Farm Caravan and Camping Site
Manor Farm strikes a lovely balance between peaceful countryside and easy access to the North Norfolk coast. The family-run site occupies an elevated position that rewards campers with sea views from many pitches, while Cromer's pier, beaches and local shops are all within comfortable walking distance. Facilities have been thoughtfully maintained – the modern shower blocks earn particular praise for their cleanliness – and there's a dedicated play area that keeps younger campers happily occupied.
The spacious pitches feel generous rather than cramped, and the overall atmosphere remains relaxed and welcoming, with friendly staff who clearly take pride in what they do. What visitors say
We stayed at Manor Farm Campsite to give our new caravan a trial run before venturing further afield, and it was the perfect choice. The site is spotless, well maintained and has a lovely family-friendly feel. Check-in was quick, easy and very welcoming, so we were pitched up in no time. Our girls loved the playgrounds, which kept them entertained throughout the weekend. Being local, it was ideal for testing everything on the caravan without travelling too far, and we couldn’t have asked for a better first trip. We’ll definitely be back and would happily recommend Manor Farm to anyone looking for a clean, well-run campsite near Cromer.

Fantastic camp and our first chocie when we visit Cromer. We stayed again in Molls meadow as we took our dog again to enjoy the coastline. The facilities were superb, clean and modern with plenty of freedom to pitch where you wanted as we did not require electric hook up. Highly recommended, close to amenities and 15 minute walk to the beach.

Been a few times. It’s a Beautiful place nestled within walking distance of Cromer. It’s got a park and plenty of space for the kids. Great views from the site. Lovely toilets and washing up areas. We will be retuning..

The site is lovely. Well maintained and clean. The location is 15 mins walk away from the centre of Cromer and there is a Morrisons supermarket close by. We have a pitch with a sea view with hedges giving some degree of privacy. We visted mid week in July for 4 nights before the kids break up. Read the email when booking as it explained not to approach via Davey Hill. Which of course I did with the Caravan and so did a big motorhome behind me. As the SatNav takes you this way if you are coming from Norwich. We meet a car as we were approaching and it was not a fun experience. So don't make the same error I did. After a beer I managed to get over the trauma. Note to self don't delete emails from campsites marked important information. It was not the most of friendly welcomes in the reception which was a shame after my driving experience. Yet it was polite and transaction and I got everything I needed to know. The drive to the pitch was a long one on a well maintained farm track. The Jigsta (Jag XF) runs a bit low but we managed fine. Nice and slow as its a bit of a maze to find the pitch on the supplied map, but with care and attention its easy enough. You can not see the numbers without getting out the read them on the stone slab. Ours had worn off but we checked the neighbouring pitch. I now understand why they ask you not to arrive early as the tracks on site are narrow and clearly passing traffic would be difficult. The shower blocks are well built with lots of space, modern and very clean. Other camping sites could measure themselves against this standard. There is loads of space in the shower with plenty of hooks and a drying area. Unfortunately the push button showers last around 10 seconds before having to press them again, with soap in your eyes. I understand we need to save water but even I with my bald head I can't shower in 10 seconds. The flow from the shower is OK (could be better) and so is the temperature although it's not adjustable which would be nice. There are no toilet lids (I like to close when flushing) or loo brush, so its a flush and run job. Also the doors between the ladies and gents are left open so you can hear every grunt or plop (to much detail I know) and need to overt your eyes when walking past. The waste recycling and poo station (wast disposal ponit) is next to the shower block. I met the warden and she is very friendly and been there for 11 years. Clearly she is doing a great job. We are visiting the National trust sites. Blickling Hall which is a short drive away and well worth the trip. Also Felbrigg Hall which is walking distance (for us) via the Weavers Way foot path. No local Spoons so had a 1pint and 1/2 in Cromer £9:60. We will definitely come back and I would give it an 8/10. Longer shower button time (or remove them) and a slightly warmer welcome at reception would increase the score. Hope this review helps if it does please like it.
