About Rose Farm Touring Park

Rose Farm Touring Park sits just outside Belton, making a handy base for exploring the Norfolk Broads and coast. The site welcomes campfires — a rarity that campers particularly appreciate — alongside the usual facilities like showers, toilets and electric hook-ups across most of its grass pitches. Dogs are welcome, and the family-run feel comes through in consistently friendly service.

Reviews highlight the peaceful, rural setting and generous pitch sizes, though some mention facilities can feel a touch dated. Open year-round, it suits those after a no-frills, relaxed spot rather than glamping bells and whistles. The location puts you within easy reach of Great Yarmouth's beaches and the Broads' waterways without the higher prices of sites closer to the coast.

Lovely lady who runs the place. Great location a clean tidy basic site. The shower block is dated but perfectly clean there are local pubs with food and a very handy Tesco express

This was a very reasonably priced campsite! The shower wasn't working properly when we came which was a shame, but otherwise good. The area itself felt a bit unsafe personally to walk around, but the field was very quiet and lovely.

We booked this campsite based on glowing reviews, and while the site itself is quiet and cozy, with a very friendly reception and polite neighbours, the state of the womens bathroom / facility was a serious letdown. As far as i can tell the bathroom hasnt been cleaned at all during our stay: toilets and floors were visibly dirty (and progressively getting filthier), trash was overflowing and the sinks were… well, i actually cleaned it myself, and the amount of black grime that i wiped away was shocking (See photo). This clearly isnt the result of messy guests, its lack of basic cleanliness and maintenance. As far as my partner could judge, this was not the case in the mens facilities though. Its a shame, because the location is peaceful and the overall atmosphere is wonderful. But until the hygiene issue is resolved i do not recommend staying here.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious pitches ideal for motor homes and caravans alike only a short drive into Yarmouth. Toilets and showers were clean and tidy and we were provided with a key to access the disabled facilities. Many thanks to Joan and Roy for making us feel very welcomed.
