About Seaview Caravan Park - NR27

Seaview Caravan Park sits on Beach Road in East Runton, moments from the shingle and sand of East Runton Beach. The Norfolk coastline here is characterised by open skies, working fishing boats, and the kind of low-key seaside atmosphere that draws people away from busier resorts.

The park has showers on site. A small store is a few minutes' walk away, and the beach itself is practically on the doorstep—close enough that you can hear it from your pitch. The setting suits anyone looking for a straightforward seaside base without the crowds of larger coastal towns.

Lovely place. Reception available if needed every day. The views were amazing and caravan well equipped clean and bed to die for. Loved it and will come again.

Upon first views, caravan cleanliness not brilliant. Cobwebs and window sills in need of a good clean. Kettle full of lime scale ended up using saucepan to boil water. Bathroom needed a good clean, the shower leaked leaving it flooded (literally). Glasses broken and were still in cupboard. Positives: Location amazing, views spectacular, caravan well equipped. We are hoping to return, and hoping these points have been addressed. Caravan number 5 with a dog.

We have just returned from a week at Seaview. We arrived to a clean welcoming van and soon settled into our second visit. The views are amazing a full panoramic view as far as Cromer pier with all the activity on the beach one could sit for hours and just watch the world go by. Perfect for a ‘do nothing’ break just what we were looking for. Very comfortable beds with good quality bedding. A few things were ‘missing’ from the cupboards like Pyrex dishes but just a word to the office and they were supplied. A few things to remember take with you…tea towels, washing up liquid and hand soap. The tv signal is poor. Other than that a perfect place to get away to relax and enjoy really good fish and chips!! We’ll be back

This was our first stay at Seaview Caravan Park, we were not dissapointed. We stayed for 3 nights in van number 3, the Caravan was lovely and clean, still smelt new, it had nearly everything we needed (I would suggest some mats to wipe your feet when you come in, it is mostly grass outside and when it's wet it gets a bit messy). Having never been before and arriving after 5.00pm there was no one in the office so we had to call the emergency contact number which was answered by a lovely gentleman who said he would make a call and someone would come over, a lovely lady turned up within minutes and let us through the barrier and told us the van was open. The view from the van was fantastic, we had a picnic bench right outside so we could sit and watch the surfers. The path down to the beach is right next to the site so it was easy to walk into Cromer. The local shop sold most things you might need and the Chips at Will's Plaice were lovely, the food was good at the local pub too. We had a great time despite the weather not being the best and have already booked again for next year.
