I took my 14 months old here today. We wanted to visit the place for the first time. When we arrived, the lady at the counter was attending other customers so we waited near the counter. My son chose one sand toy and I wanted to pay to visit the play barn as well. Mind you, at this point I am standing at the counter, in front of the soda machines and trying to hold my overly curious child. After about 5 minutes I noticed that the lady is attending people who actually arrived later than us. I kept trying to get her attention, but she ignored. When the people she was attending got seated, I approached her at the ice cream counter and said I would like to pay, she didnt even let me to finish the sentence, she said she is attending other customers. I mentioned that those customers actually arrived after us and her respnse was "NO". Thats it. No. Not "you might be wrong" or "sorry I did not see you", but no. We put back the toy my son wanted and we left. It is incredible that this day and age it is possible for someone to pick and choose which customer to attend first and carry out her work with an absolute lack of manners. The only thing I can think of is that maybe we are not the right type of customers for this business for god knows what reason. I have never been straight up ignored and then dismissed and lied to by a business that is supposed to be child friendly. Do better.

First ever visit for a kids birthday party, was a bit confused where to go and park as the place has a lot going on. Once parked took us a while to find the softplay area as you have to go through the gift shop, through the garden centre and then through the ice cream parlour to get there. Soft play facility was good and staff were helpful. It really needs some love as the equipment is a bit worn / torn / in need of repair. Will go again and check the other parts out too. Good experience overall.

Pretty generic soft play with obscenely overpriced low quality food. With the added bonus that they charge adults with children entry knowing full well they're not there to use the facilities whilst not even managing to provide enough seating for the said adults on busy days. Just another massive money grab as is common with such places.

Visited for a birthday party. The worst soft play area experience I've ever had. Over-crowded & dirty, topped off with cold coffee. There's a reason you pay before you get to the soft play area, it's because you'd walk away otherwise. Not sure what the limit on numbers are for this place, but on this day they were certainly over the limit. Should be shut down.
