Ardbeag

Ardbeag works well for families or groups of friends wanting a self-contained base on Arran. The house spreads across two floors with three bedrooms (one double on the first floor with an ensuite, one double and two singles on the ground), two bathrooms, and two separate living areas so people have space to spread out. The main lounge has a large bay window framing views across the bay towards Holy Isle; a second living room with dining space offers the same outlook. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer in an external utility room.

Downstairs holds one double bedroom, two singles, a shower room, the kitchen, and both lounges. Upstairs, the galleried master bedroom sits under the eaves with its own shower room and heated towel rail. Wifi and all essentials including heating, electricity, bed linen and towels come as standard. The garden is large and sloping, with a patio and a bike store; parking for two cars is on site. No smoking throughout.

Whiting Bay is a short walk downhill. The village has a restaurant, bistro, coffee shop, shop, post office, pharmacy, golf club, children's play park, bowling green and beach access, making it a practical base for a week or weekend away.
