Drimlabarra Croft

Drimlabarra Croft is a detached villa equipped for serious comfort. The kitchen has an electric oven and gas hob for proper cooking; the utility room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer; heating comes from central gas and an open fire in the living room, plus a wood burner in the dining room. Bed linen, towels, electricity and wi-fi are all included. The four bedrooms sleep nine: one double on the ground floor with patio access and ensuite, one double upstairs with ensuite, and two rooms with three and two single beds respectively. There are three bathrooms across the property, and a cloakroom with games and toys for younger visitors.

The patio opens from the living room, sunroom and ground-floor bedroom onto a gravelled area with a picnic bench and barbecue. The beach itself is a short walk away across a private field. Parking for four cars sits on the property. The villa stands in Kildonan, at the southern end of the island, within two minutes of a bar, restaurant and shop; seal spotting is common along this stretch of shore. No smoking throughout the property. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
