Heathfield Cottage

Heathfield Cottage is a renovated semi-detached property in central Brodick, sleeping four across two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor opens into a combined living and dining space with a working kitchen, plus a shower room and a useful cloakroom designed for boots and coats. Upstairs, one bedroom has a double bed and the other two singles; the family bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower. A boiler room provides space to dry wet outdoor clothing and equipment—practical for anyone planning walks or water-based activities on the island.

The cottage comes with wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Heating is oil-fired with underfloor warming in the living room. Parking for two cars is on site, and there is a large garden with views towards Goatfell and Brodick Bay. No smoking is permitted inside the property.

Brodick's shops, bars, restaurants and beach are all within walking distance. A play park and golf club are nearby. The property is not suitable for pets.
