Bay View

Bay View is a four-bedroom cottage on the Isle of Arran, sleeping eight across ground-floor accommodation. Three bedrooms have ensuite or nearby shower rooms; the fourth has twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. A smart TV in the living room and in one of the bedrooms means there's entertainment on hand. Wifi and heating are included in your stay.

The real draw is the enclosed garden, which slopes down to a lawned area with a terrace and summerhouse—space enough for a family to spread out, and safe for dogs to run around (pets stay free). The elevated position catches views across Brodick Bay towards Goat Fell. On-site parking covers one car; additional free parking is within 100 metres on the road. Brodick village itself is within easy reach, with the supermarket a five-minute walk and restaurants and bars nearby. The ferry terminal, golf course, castle and leisure facilities including a spa resort are all accessible without a car. The property is non-smoking throughout.
