Seagrass

Seagrass is a ground-floor house that was comprehensively refurbished in 2021. Positioned above Lamlash bay with views towards Holy Isle, it sits in a raised position within the village. The layout centres on a modern open-plan kitchen and dining room with electric cooking, a comfortable living space with wood burner and Smart TV, and a utility room housing washing machine and tumble dryer. Three bedrooms sleep six: two king beds (one with an ensuite shower), a triple bunk, and a z-bed for younger children. A family bathroom with both bath and walk-in shower is separate. The house runs on air source heat pump central heating, so warmth and hot water are constant through winter and cool air circulates in summer. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included, with initial fuel for the wood burner provided.

Outside, a lawned garden faces the front and a patio area opens from the rear, where garden furniture, a barbecue and a summer house with an internal firepit create space to sit out year-round. The house holds private parking for two cars and welcomes one pet at no extra cost. It suits families wanting both seaside access and countryside quiet—Arran War Memorial Hospital lies nearby for reference—or groups of friends wanting a full property to themselves. Smoking is not permitted inside.
