A single-storey stone cottage, The Mulberry sits in the village of Lamlash on the Isle of Arran's east coast. Everything is on one level: three bedrooms (two doubles and a twin), a shower room, and living spaces that flow from a sitting room with smart TV through to an open-plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and washing machine. One pet stays free, and families with young children will find a travel cot available.
Outside, there's an enclosed front garden with seating, bike storage, and parking for two cars. Lamlash itself is a working village with cafes, restaurants, and pubs focusing on local produce. The shoreline is steps away—good for watching the bay, spotting seals and seabirds, or renting a kayak. A short boat trip reaches Holy Isle, which has walking trails and a spiritual history. For golfers, Lamlash Golf Club sits nearby with views across the water. The rest of Arran is accessible by car: Brodick has the National Trust castle and gardens; Goatfell offers hill walking from the same area.
Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. No smoking inside.
