This converted dairy building stands on what was once Pitt Farm's collecting yard, now a quiet corner of the North Devon countryside. Dairy Cottage sleeps six across three bedrooms and a bathroom, with a separate toilet on the ground floor. The ground floor has two further bedrooms alongside the main bedroom with its zip-and-link bed; upstairs you get a living room, dining room and kitchen equipped for proper cooking, plus a conservatory.
Everything needed for a stay is covered—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi included. There's a large garden with seating and a stream running through it about 20 yards from the house. Two cars can park on site. The cottage sits just outside Barnstaple's town centre, close enough to reach shops and a pannier market on foot, yet far enough to feel rural. A pub lies within a mile. The Tarka Trail runs nearby for walking and cycling, and beaches at Westward Ho!, Saunton and Woolacombe are within easy reach. Smoking is not permitted inside.
