Kingsleys Lodge

Kingsleys Lodge is a single-storey property completed in 2022, situated in a residential area of Barnstaple within walking distance of the town centre. Everything happens on one floor: a bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite shower, plus an open-plan living space that combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas. A set of French doors opens onto a Juliette balcony. The patio garden directly outside has seating for outdoor meals or drinks, and there is parking for one car at the property.

The kitchen is equipped for cooking; heating, electricity, wi-fi and bed linen are all included. One small dog can stay at no extra cost. The location puts beaches nearby—Instow is about 7 miles away—alongside countryside walks and the amenities of Barnstaple itself: markets, restaurants, leisure facilities and a cinema. Smoking is not permitted inside.
