Rural North Devon sits between the coast and open countryside, with enough variation to keep a week interesting. Granary Cottage occupies a quiet spot in this landscape, part of a small group of holiday homes adjacent to the owner's property. The nearest pub is two miles away; shops and restaurants are four miles off. South Molton, with its Georgian architecture and twice-weekly market, is close enough for a morning trip, while the beaches around Instow and Woolacombe are easily reachable for a different kind of day out. Exmoor National Park stretches to the north, and Bideford's quayside—with its boat trips to Lundy—lies within the region too.
The cottage has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, two with singles. The bathroom contains a bath with shower over. Downstairs, the living room has a woodburner and Freeview TV, while the kitchen/dining room is equipped for cooking and comes with a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided. The property includes parking for two cars and a garden with seating and a barbecue. There is a stream in the grounds, 400 yards away. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. Smoking is not permitted.
