This stone-built semi-detached cottage stands at the centre of Combe Martin village, within easy reach of the beach and all the local amenities. The property sleeps six across three bedrooms: a king-size on the first floor with an ensuite shower, a double, and a bunk room. Two bathrooms serve the household, one with a bath and shower. The ground floor has a living room with a woodburner, plus a separate kitchen-diner fitted with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, and washing machine, so you can cook properly or take advantage of the pubs and restaurants a hundred yards away.

An enclosed courtyard with garden furniture offers a private outdoor space. Parking is 50 yards from the door. WiFi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. One well-behaved pet stays free. The cottage does not permit smoking.

The beach, with its rock pools and coves, is a minute's walk away. Exmoor's walking trails lie close by, and the area puts you within reach of Watermouth Castle, the Lynton to Lynmouth cliff railway, and some of Devon's best surf beaches at Croyde and Woolacombe. National Trust properties and gardens are also nearby for a change of pace.
