North Devon's coastline draws walkers and beach-goers year round, with the South West Coast Path running through the region and Exmoor National Park nearby. Top Deck is a one-bedroom apartment positioned to make the most of both: the beach is a short walk away, and the coastal path starts practically on the doorstep. The surrounding area includes Combe Martin's beaches, Watermouth Bay, and the historic harbour town of Ilfracombe a few miles down the coast.

The apartment occupies the first floor of a building reached by stairs from the private car park. Inside, everything is on one level: a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with bath and shower, and a combined living and dining space with a smart TV. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave, so you can cook properly or keep things simple. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. There's no smoking in the property, and one well-behaved pet is welcome.

This works equally well as a base for exploring the coast path and the wider region, or simply as somewhere to settle near the beach. Parking for one car is on site.
