The open-plan layout combines living space, dining area and kitchen, with a separate bedroom and bathroom. You get a kingsize bed, cooking facilities including a microwave oven and grill, and Freeview television. Parking for one car is included, and the essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are covered.

The grounds are shared with other properties on the estate, giving access to an indoor heated swimming pool (open April to October), a games room with pool and table tennis, and gardens with sitting areas. A short drive takes you to Woolacombe's sandy beaches and the start of the South West Coastal Path; Braunton to the south is the nearest town. The area suits couples after a coastal base for walking and beach time. There is an unfenced pond in the grounds, 50 yards from the cottage. Non-smoking throughout.
