Trimstone Manor Cottages - Granary

The Granary is a converted agricultural building on the Trimstone Manor estate in North Devon, set within 44 acres of landscaped grounds. The whole cottage is yours alone—a three-bedroom, two-bathroom space that sleeps eight, arranged on a single level for ease of access. One pet is welcome. The open-plan living area combines a sitting room with dining and kitchen space; bedrooms offer a mix of bed sizes including zip-and-link and bunk options, and both bathrooms have showers.

The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave are all there. Wi-Fi, electricity and heating are included, as are bed linen and towels. Parking for two cars is provided on the property. The grounds themselves offer an indoor heated swimming pool (shared with other on-site properties, open April to October), a games room with pool, table tennis and darts, and sitting areas with garden furniture. Children will find the small poultry collection—chickens, geese, turkeys, emus and peacocks—dotted around the estate. An unfenced pond sits 50 yards from the main building. The location puts you within reach of North Devon's beaches and the fringe of Exmoor; nearby Braunton is a useful base for exploring the coastline.
