Manor Cottage works well for families wanting space to spread out, or two couples sharing. The property sleeps five across a double bedroom downstairs and a second bedroom with bunk and single beds upstairs, with one bathroom and a shower room. Downstairs you have the kitchen and dining area; upstairs, an open-plan living space with a television and DVD player looks over the grounds. You'll have your own parking for two cars and sole use of the cottage itself.
The 44-acre grounds are shared with other properties on-site, giving access to an indoor heated pool (open April to October), a games room with pool table, table tennis and darts, and sitting areas with garden furniture. The North Devon Heritage Coast is close by; Woolacombe beach and Braunton's sandy stretches are a short drive away. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The cottage is no-smoking. Note that there is an unfenced pond in the grounds about 50 yards from the property.

If your looking for a quiet family get away trimstone is the place to go.. we stayed in the granary and it’s absolutely stunning. Old quirky style cottages which give it the character. Lovely indoor pool and some animals to see too. We really enjoyed our stay. Ilfracombe is a 10 min drive and woolacombe is a 10 min drive from where you are in trimstone. The manager is a lovely lady and goes above and beyond. All in all a great experience.

Step back in time to a quirky countryside dreamscape. We stopped off for a cream tea with our children and could not be more pleased that we did. The owners and staff were a delight and the cream tea was scrumptious. Our children loved the wide variety of pet poultry. We will be back.

If you like classic English hotel in the country side, this is for you. Really classic, vintage and great experience for a whole families. Homey vibes, quiet, and also green views every morning. The reception lady really lovely and make our experience went smoothly. Got indoor pool with heating water also sauna. Emu birds and peacocks are lovely too. My kids loves to see them. Got simple breakfast and delicious for a whole families (you need to booked before).

Just returned home from 4 night stay with my 90 year old mother. Staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were lovely, quirky with modern en suite. Grounds beautiful with gorgeous views and unusual animals including peacocks around the place. Lovely swimming pool with a sauna. Would highly recommend as a place to stay if like North Devon.
