Trimstone Manor Cottages - Mill Apartment

Woolacombe's sandy beach and the surf schools dotted along the North Devon coast are a short drive away. Braunton, a few miles closer, opens onto Saunton and Croyde, two of the region's best stretches of sand. Inland, the countryside around Trimstone Manor offers walking and cycling, with Barnstaple a reasonable journey for shopping and dining.

Mill Apartment is on the first floor of the Trimstone Manor estate. It sleeps four: a double bedroom, plus a sofa bed in the open-plan living space that doubles as dining and kitchen area. One ensuite with a shower serves the whole flat. You get electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi included. The kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge, so cooking proper meals is straightforward. Parking for one car is private; one pet is welcome.

The 44-acre grounds are shared with other holiday lets on the site. There's an indoor heated swimming pool (open April to October, 9am to 9pm), a games room with pool, table tennis and darts, and a small poultry collection with chickens, geese, emus and peacocks. The pond in the grounds is unfenced and about 50 yards from the apartment. No smoking inside.
