Trimstone Manor Cottages - Paddock Cottage

North Devon's coastline and farmland draw people back year after year, and the villages around Braunton and Woolacombe sit at the heart of it. Paddock Cottage is part of Trimstone Manor, a cluster of properties set across 44 acres of landscaped grounds in the countryside inland from these beaches. You get the whole cottage to yourself, with space for up to seven guests.

The layout spreads across two floors: downstairs holds the living room, kitchen with electric cooker and dishwasher, and a shower room; upstairs are four bedrooms (three doubles and one single) and a bathroom with a bath and shower. Parking is available for two cars. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are covered. The cottage is non-smoking, and one dog is welcome.

Shared across the site are an indoor heated swimming pool open April to October, a games room with pool table and darts, and gardens with seating areas. The grounds also include fields suitable for games or a barbecue, and a small collection of poultry. Woolacombe beach is a short drive away, as are Saunton and Croyde. There is an unfenced pond within the grounds, 50 yards from the cottage.
