Watersmeet - The Loft sits on the second floor with its own entrance and a layout built around an open-plan living space. The kitchen runs along a breakfast bar where you can eat, fitted with an electric oven, hob, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. Beyond this are two bedrooms—a double and a single—and a bathroom with a bath, shower and heated towel rail. Views across the East Lynn river and towards the sea come with the accommodation. One parking space is provided on site, and Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included.
Lynmouth is a small coastal village tucked into a gorge at the confluence of two rivers on Exmoor's northern edge. The twin town of Lynton sits 700 feet above. Walking dominates the appeal here: marked trails cross the National Park's rugged interior, while closer to the village the valley floors follow the rivers through wooded ravines interrupted by waterfalls. The Valley of the Rocks, a dry valley running parallel to the coast, lies just over a mile west; Watersmeet itself, a Victorian fishing lodge now managed by the National Trust, is known for its dramatic falls and is within reach on foot.
The property is non-smoking. Check-in is after 3pm and checkout before 10am.
