What visitors say
We stayed here for one week during a heat wave….and wow what a site! The facilities are spotless; toilets, showers, dish washing station, elsan point, they even had an actual dishwasher! The burger/cocktail van was immense and very reasonably priced. The scenery and area is beautiful and very quiet and peaceful! We stayed on a gravel electric/water pitch and it was perfect and all very close to the van so all our cables and hose pipes could reach. Would defo recommend!

Lovely long weekend stay. We had a pod which provided the basics and was good for a long weekend. The only food available on site during our stay was from a burger bar but not much choice. And quality was poor. You would have to cook yourself or go into town but watch closing times of places in town. They do have some mobile food vans come round but when we stayed they did not turn up so had to organise something else. Facilities were nice and clean.

We stayed here during the summer as part of our first motor home road trip around the south west. This was by far our favorite campsite. The location was lovely; with stunning views and really great walking trails. Nice field for dogs to be walked. We loved our pitch, really good hedges on the sides and back for privacy and great water and electrical hook-ups; very accessible. The facilities are fantastic, very clean and well maintained. Also felt very safe in the evenings. Shower and toilet facilities were spotless and cleaned multiple times. They have an excellent food van on site, serving coffee, cocktails, takeaways and deserts. The quality was fantastic and a really nice addition that a lot of sites we visited were missing. The layout of the site is brilliant and no rowdy or or noisy neighbors. Everything from arriving to departing was excellent and the team were very friendly and helpful. Will be staying here again as it is an absolute gem.

We have now stayed here on a number of occasions and will do so again in the future. This time we had a friend with us who had never camped. A pod was the ideal choice for them and the fact that the facilities are excellent and so clean meant that they said that they would do it again! As usual, the staff were friendly and helpful. This is a fantastic campsite in a wonderful location.
