Westeria Cottage

Westeria Cottage is a two-bedroom mid-terrace property in North Devon, sleeping four. You arrive into a conservatory—useful for shedding outdoor gear—then into a living room furnished with sofas and a Smart TV. The kitchen and dining area connect via French doors to an enclosed back garden with patio, seating and a gas barbecue. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included; the kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washing machine.

Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (4ft 6in), the other with a zip-and-link bed that can be left as two singles or joined as a super-king. A bathroom with bath, overhead shower and toilet serves both rooms. Gas central heating keeps the cottage warm year-round. On-road parking is available outside.

Barnstaple's shops and cafés lie within easy reach. Woolacombe and Croyde beaches are a short drive away, both offering sandy coves and consistent surf. The cottage does not permit smoking. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
