About The Barnstaple Hotel
Braunton Road runs into Barnstaple, gateway to North Devon, and it's here that The Barnstaple Hotel makes its base, with the surrounding countryside and coastline within easy striking distance for walkers, cyclists and anglers alike. The area is well suited to golf, fishing, and days spent exploring the paths and lanes that spread out from the town.
The hotel has 61 rooms, and guests have use of a restaurant and bar on site, along with free WiFi, air conditioning, and drinks available in the room. A gym, meeting rooms and a garden round out the facilities, and there's both an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool for a swim whatever the weather. Breakfast is served each morning, and a lift serves all floors.
Free on-site parking is provided, useful given the hotel's position just outside the town centre, and laundry service and luggage storage are on hand for longer stays. The hotel also hosts weddings, and entertainment, pubs and restaurants can all be found nearby in Barnstaple itself.
