Holly Cottage comes with everything you need already in place. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, so you can arrive and settle in without thinking about the basics. One dog stays free. The whole property is yours alone, with three double bedrooms—each with a television—spread across the first floor, plus two bathrooms to share them between.

The ground floor is built for actual living. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge; patio doors open onto a courtyard where you can eat outside. A separate dining room connects to a sitting room with a gas woodburner and Freeview TV. There's a utility room with a washing machine and a downstairs toilet, plus a storage area for coats and boots. Upstairs, the main bedroom has an ensuite shower room.

Outside, a decked summerhouse and seating areas overlook countryside, with garden furniture already in place. You can park three cars on the drive. Alfreton sits between Matlock and Chesterfield with good bus connections to the Peak District, and a pub is within a mile. No smoking throughout.
