About Spire View Yurts
Gather round, friends and family campers looking for a little bit extra – how about holidaying in spacious and well-equipped yurts? At Spire View Yurts near Chesterfield in Derbyshire, groups are welcome, so you can camp and catch up together in secluded privacy.
Arriving on site is a cinch as everything's ready for you – you'll be moving into a stylish yurt with proper beds (bedding provided) plus storage space and all the utensils you need for the outdoor life. Each yurt has its own bathroom a few seconds' walk away, and close by is a communal kitchen with a Nespresso machine, fridge freezer and large oven for cooking Sunday dinner en famille or baking cakes with the kids on a rainy day. Patio doors lead to a balcony with seating and views over Derbyshire countryside.
When it's sunny, you can make good use of the wood-fired pizza oven (extra charge for the wood) and buy homemade dough and tomato sauce to take the hassle out of cooking. Other delectable treats available to guests include afternoon teas and boxes of s'mores for the kids to grill over the firepit – please order before you arrive.

I was lucky enough to win a one-night stay here a few months ago and managed to finally go and it completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel so welcome—they were genuinely lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. The yurt itself was amazing, it was so warm when we arrived and cosy. It really felt like we were miles away from home, which made it the perfect little escape. The hot tub was definitely a highlight—so relaxing and a great way to unwind in beautiful surroundings. The kitchen was really well-equipped, with everything we could possibly need and more, which made the stay even more comfortable. Everything was also spotlessly clean. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and we would deffo return. It’s such a unique place to stay and perfect for anyone wanting a quiet break away. I honestly can’t recommend it enough! Thankyou so much for having us!

We recently spent a few nights here & we had the best time. Everything about this place is absolutely stunning. We had such a lovely welcome & we are already planning on when to book again!! I’ve recommended here to all my friends & family! ☺️

Just had our second visit and it won’t be the last. Absolutely beautiful place with the best facilities making this the ideal mini break. We have young children and this is just perfect for them too. Everywhere is spotless and the yurts are cozy and beautiful. Only thing we needed to bring were clothes and food/drinks- although this time we had the s’mores box and the charcuterie board! Would highly recommend both, such great quality and value for money. Jayne is the perfect host- very accommodating and great communication. The whole experience couldn’t be better! Already looking at planning our next visit 😍

There's camping, glamping, and then there's this place, we had a great time at Spire View Yurts, the views over the Peak District farms and countryside were beautiful, the inside of the Yurts was immaculate, the shared kitchen area was always clean & tidy with each families bins and storage clearly marked (we were in the Silver Birthday yurt) Jayne was there upon our arrival to greet us and let us know about the facilities and local area. We saw lots of wildlife from the horses in the fields next to the site and then an owl and bats at night. Can't wait to stay there again in the future.
