Forest Barn is a converted barn on the edge of North East Derbyshire, positioned between Sheffield's urban pull and the Peak District's open moorland. The whole property is yours alone, with space for four people across two bedrooms, each with a kingsize bed and its own bathroom—one has a walk-in shower, the other a bath. Downstairs, a combined living and kitchen area gives you everything needed to cook and eat together, plus a smart TV. Wifi, heating, bed linen and towels are all included; electricity is metered separately. Outside, a private patio with garden furniture overlooks the surrounding countryside. You can park two cars on site, and there's an electric charging point if you need it.

Dogs are welcome and stay free, so this works well for anyone wanting to bring a pet along. The garden and immediate surroundings offer plenty of scope for walking. The barn sits within reach of Hathersage, Eyam and the gritstone edges that draw walkers and cyclists year-round—Curbar, Froggatt and Bamford are all nearby.
