The Coach House is a single-storey conversion of a Victorian carriage building, set within a working farm close to the Lincolnshire Wolds. Everything is on one level: you walk into an open-plan living space with a wood-burning stove, dining area, and kitchen equipped for proper cooking. There are two bedrooms – one with a king bed, one with zip-and-link singles that can be joined – and a bathroom with both a bath and shower. One small dog stays free, though it must be kept on a lead while on the farm. Parking for three cars is on site, and essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included.
The back garden has seating and furniture for sitting out. You're positioned to explore the surrounding countryside on foot or by bike; the River Witham's cycle path, between Woodhall Spa and Lincoln, connects to the city itself. Lincoln's cathedral is a short drive away. The area suits families and walkers equally – there are market towns, heritage attractions and nature reserves nearby. Check-in is after 4pm and checkout before 10am. Smoking is not permitted.

We stayed at The Granary over Easter. There was a lovely welcome of a card and basket. The house was perfect - plenty of room for the 7 of us. It had everything we needed. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

We stayed in The Stables for an Easter break. We were taking our son to the area to start his new job so have now found a beautiful place to stay when we visit him. So peaceful and quiet. Thank you Jen for the amazing and personal welcome pack! We look forward to our next visit!

We have stayed at the Coach House several times, and each time has been very enjoyable. The farm is situated in a calm area far from roads, is well equipped, very clean and the hosts are very friendly. The surroundings are very relaxing and we are looking forward to more stays at the Coach House.
