The Lincolnshire Wolds surround this converted barn, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty where walking and cycling routes start practically at the gate. Lincoln cathedral city is a short drive away, and the coast less than an hour further. Woodhall Spa's traffic-free cycle path along the River Witham connects directly into Lincoln for those who want flatter terrain and a day out in the city.
The Threshing Barn sleeps eight across four bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has an ensuite; the others share the family bathroom. The ground floor holds the living room with woodburner and smart TV, dining room, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric range, cooker, hob, dishwasher, and all the basics. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. There is garden furniture on the back patio and private parking for three cars.
One dog stays free (though this is a working farm, so dogs must be kept on a lead). The property is no-smoking. A highchair and stairgate are available if needed. Arrive after 4pm, depart by 10am.

We stayed at The Granary over Easter. There was a lovely welcome of a card and basket. The house was perfect - plenty of room for the 7 of us. It had everything we needed. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

We stayed in The Stables for an Easter break. We were taking our son to the area to start his new job so have now found a beautiful place to stay when we visit him. So peaceful and quiet. Thank you Jen for the amazing and personal welcome pack! We look forward to our next visit!

We have stayed at the Coach House several times, and each time has been very enjoyable. The farm is situated in a calm area far from roads, is well equipped, very clean and the hosts are very friendly. The surroundings are very relaxing and we are looking forward to more stays at the Coach House.
