Amelia House

Amelia House is a four-bedroom semi-detached property on a quiet residential street in Sheringham, a traditional seaside town on the Norfolk coast. The layout spreads across three floors: ground floor has a living room, kitchen-diner and shower room; the first floor contains two bedrooms and a bathroom with both bath and shower; the second floor holds two further bedrooms. Altogether it sleeps eight people across a mixture of double, kingsize and single beds, with two bathrooms to share. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all included.

The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering—oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer mean you can cook as much or as little as you like. The main living space has a TV and there's an ensuite toilet off the largest bedroom. Outside, a courtyard garden with seating area provides a private outdoor space. One small dog is welcome, and there is on-road parking plus additional parking in a public car park 300 yards away.

Sheringham Beach is a three-minute walk away; the town centre takes two minutes on foot. The North Norfolk Railway runs steam trains along the coast, and the wider area offers other coastal villages, nature reserves and the cliffs at Sheringham Park. The property does not permit smoking.
