The grounds include a woodland play area, and the large lawned garden offers space to settle in for a few days.

Inside, you have a living room with an open fire and television, a separate dining room, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking. Night storage heaters warm the house (charged by meter on arrival). Bed linen is provided. The house sits just two steps from ground level. Spiral stairs lead to the first-floor bedrooms. Shops and pubs are two miles away; Norwich is 22 miles, Great Yarmouth 13 miles. The river frontage is unfenced, and smoking is not permitted.
