Poplar Farmhouse

Poplar Farmhouse comes ready for immediate use. Everything needed for cooking is on hand—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combi microwave and slow cooker—along with woodburner heating, wi-fi, bed linen and towels included. The initial fuel for the woodburner is provided. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available, and there's a welcome pack on arrival, plus extras for any dog you bring.

The house holds four bedrooms across the first floor: three doubles and one with zip-and-link beds that can be a super king (or two singles), plus a single bed. One double includes a child's single suitable for toddlers on request. Two bathrooms—one with a shower cubicle, one with a bath and shower—serve the property, along with two separate toilets. Downstairs, the living and dining room has a smart TV and woodburner; a second sitting room opens via patio doors onto the garden. The front has a patio with seating and garden furniture, a gas barbecue and firepit. Parking for four cars is on site.

Located in North Norfolk, the farmhouse sits within reach of sandy beach, dunes and the Norfolk Coast Path. The Norfolk Broads lie within half an hour's drive. Smoking is not permitted. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
