Ludham is a working village at the heart of the Norfolk Broads, with a handful of shops, a post office and a pub within easy walking distance. Womack Staithe, six minutes away, opens onto the River Thurne—ideal for fishing, pedalo hire, or simply watching the boats pass. The landscape around here suits walkers and cyclists; footpaths and trails run through quieter countryside and alongside the water.
Cobweb Cottage is a detached house sleeping eight across four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them ensuite to the master. The ground floor centres on a generous living room with woodburner opening into a conservatory that overlooks the garden; there is also a separate dining room and a kitchen fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and breakfast table. A utility room handles laundry. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are provided, along with fuel for the fire. The enclosed rear garden has furniture for outdoor eating, and there is a private hot tub that seats four.
One dog is welcome at no extra cost. The property is non-smoking. Parking is available for up to four cars. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout before 10:00.
