Larger groups and families will find The Mowle works well for a shared getaway. This detached cottage sleeps ten across five bedrooms and three bathrooms, with the whole property to yourself. Three of the bedrooms have their own ensuite shower rooms, and the main bathroom has a bath and shower. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking together—there's a range, dishwasher, and breakfast bar—and a games room with pool table and table tennis keeps everyone entertained indoors.

Outside is where the property distinguishes itself. Nearly an acre of mature garden runs down to the riverbank, with ponds, seating areas and a croquet lawn. There's a private hot tub for six, mooring facilities if you're bringing a boat, and coarse fishing available on the grounds. A private bridge leads to a further riverside garden at Mowle Point with a sun house and views over Womack Water. The location near Great Yarmouth and Ludham offers easy access to Norfolk's waterside villages and attractions. Parking for three cars is provided.
