Sunnyside

Sunnyside sits in a quiet lane close to Great Yarmouth, within easy reach of Womack Water and the surrounding Broadland landscape. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping seven. Ground floor rooms include a living room with smart TV, separate dining room, well-fitted kitchen with induction hob and double oven, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a shower room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed and television, one with a double and single, and one with bunks. The main bathroom has a bath and walk-in shower. Oil central heating keeps things warm; wi-fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included.

At the back is an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture for eating outside. The house is non-smoking. On-road parking is available nearby.
