Coriander

Walk through the door at Coriander and you find yourself in an open-plan ground floor with living space, dining area and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, dishwasher, everything you need. A bathroom with bath and shower completes this level. Upstairs, three bedrooms sleep six: one double with its own ensuite shower, another double, and a twin room served by a shared shower room. Bed linen and towels are provided, and wifi keeps you connected if you need it. The real draw is outside: a private hot tub where you can settle in under the night sky.

The cottage sits down a country lane in Broadland, surrounded by open fields and the gentle landscape that defines this corner of Norfolk. Potter Heigham lies about four miles away; Wroxham, the Broads' main hub, is close enough for boat hire, narrowboat trips or a ride on the Bure Valley steam railway. The marshes and nature reserves here—How Hill and the wider Ludham reserve among them—make for excellent walking, cycling and bird watching. Beaches at Sea Palling are a short drive, and if you want the seaside amusement park experience, Great Yarmouth and Pleasurewood Hills are within reach. The Falgate Inn is nearby for an evening out. No smoking indoors; one dog is welcome to join you.
