Daisy Broad Lodges - Grebe
North Norfolk
Grebe is a modern lodge designed upside-down style, with the main living spaces on the first floor opening directly onto a balcony overlooking the River Bure. Four bedrooms on the ground floor—two doubles with en-suite showers and two pairs of singles—accommodate eight guests, with three bathrooms in total. The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, dining space, and a sitting room with French doors leading to the balcony where you can watch the river traffic pass.
Set right on the water's edge in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, the lodge comes with a lawned area and garden furniture, a barbecue, and parking for two cars. A free motor launch is available for day trips on the water (day-boat hire at preferential rates applies during peak holiday periods). WiFi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. The nearest pub is within a mile, and the boatyard owner can arrange fishing access if you hold a valid licence. Note that there is unfenced river very close to the property, and smoking is not permitted.
