Deer Park Lookout is a converted property with two bedrooms and one bathroom, sleeping four guests in a kingsize and a double bed. Everything needed for a self-catering stay comes as standard: heating and electricity are covered, bed linen and towels are provided, Wi-Fi is available throughout, and logs for the woodburner are included. The kitchen is equipped to cook proper meals, and a wood-fired stove warms the galleried living room on cooler evenings.
The conversion sits within Gunton Park, a 14-acre estate with a lake, shared grounds to explore on foot, and resident red and fallow deer. Fishing can be arranged for an additional cost. The pub with restaurant is within walking distance, useful if cooking isn't on the agenda. Norwich is nearby, and the North Norfolk Coast lies six miles away; Cromer's seaside attractions, the Broads, and National Trust properties at Blickling and Felbrigg are all easily reached. Roughton village shop and the railway station at Gunton are two miles away. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The property does not permit smoking. Note that the lake is unfenced.

What guests say
What a fantastic place to stay, we visited relatives there for the day. The Deer were everywhere, not just a few but nearly a hundred.
