About Deer's Glade Caravan and Camping Park
Deer's Glade sits in mature pine and broadleaf woodland at Suffield, roughly fifteen miles east of Holt, offering a quieter, more sheltered alternative to the coastal parks. It's popular with families and couples who want a wooded base for exploring both the North Norfolk coast and the Broads, each a similar distance away. The park takes tents, caravans and motorhomes across a good spread of grass and hardstanding pitches—some electric, some fully serviced—and has expanded its glamping offer with camping pods, family pods, bell tents and a shepherd's hut, several with their own hot tubs.
A fishing lake, small goat enclosure, playground and picnic area give it a friendly, working-farm feel. Modern shower blocks with underfloor heating, bike hire (including e-bikes), an on-site shop and dog-friendly policy round out the facilities. The woodland setting and relatively gentle pricing make it good value for a longer stay, with Holt, Cromer and the coast all within comfortable reach.

We had a fantastic time staying here for my birthday. My partner and I stayed in a glamping pod which were surprisingly spacious, clean, and the hot tub and outdoor kitchen/bbq and garden were so brilliant. We had my family stay on a caravan pitch nearby and my friends also joined to camp/hired a pitch. We found the campsite very well maintained, the toilet facilities were good and clean, the shop was well equipped with local produce and the staff were lovely. Loved the goats too they were so cute! Would definitely stay again 🥰

An absolutely lovely campsite. Site was really clean and tidy, toilet block was always clean and staff were really friendly. There is a great play area for the kids and it was nice that it has been made into a really sociable area with picnic benches and a grass area for kids to play. Different food trucks came on an evening to save cooking at the weekend and they were great. Ideal location with only a short drive to Cromer. We will definitely be coming back as one of the best sites we have stayed on.

Our lovely family booked deers glade luxury glamping pods for 10 of us to celebrate both mine and my husband's 70 th birthdays. We had an absolute fantastic stay. Our pods were amazing, and such a surprise to find ours trimmed with decorations.Our grandchildren loved the site with amazing playground fishing and wonderful woodland walks. We have already booked for next year, this time the great us on us.Msny thanks to the friendly helpful staff .

Just returned from deers glade. We hadn't been before. But thought would try. And we are so glad we did. What a lovely clean and wooded site. Immaculate and kept up well. We had a lovely big pitch near the shower block , plenty room. Lovely staff. Loved the goats and the whole atmosphere was so relaxing we had some terrible weather the first few days hail stones heavy , thunder lightning. But we extended our stay a bit longer so we could enjoy some sun this weekend , we didn't feel we needed to go looking around too much as know this part Norfolk so well. , and had a restful break relaxing on the site. It seemed a shame to leave , we will be back in September , and hope this will be a regular site for us , couldn't fault it. , thank you. Forgot to mention how nice it was to not have time limited push button showers , deers glade is prob the best site we have stayed on. And definitely on our list to return.
