Elmtree Barn

Everything at Elmtree Barn sits on one level. The three bedrooms—a kingsize, a double and a single—share a bathroom with the open-plan living space and kitchen, all accessible without stairs. Six steps lead to the front entrance, or use the rear access if that suits you better. The kitchen has two electric ovens, an induction hob, dishwasher and all the basics for self-catering; the living area centres on a 40-inch smart TV. Large windows frame views across the Norfolk countryside. One well-behaved dog is welcome to stay.

Elmtree Barn sits on farmland within quiet lanes, surrounded by local walks and bridlepaths. The garden wraps around the building—mostly lawn with a gravelled patio to the front and garden furniture for sitting out. Parking for two cars is on site. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included; a welcome pack arrives with you, and a travel cot is available if you ask when booking. The Norfolk coast and the Broads are each roughly 30 minutes' drive away, making the barn a practical base for exploring Cromer, Sheringham and the wider area.
