My wife and I called in at lunch time on a bike ride, we were impressed with the triple cooked chips and friendly welcome so we returned the same evening. We both had two starters as we are not big eaters. The food was delicious and service was excellent. Would definitely come back 😁

Staying at an air BnB nearby and it was a recommendation so thought it was worth a try! It was delicious! Huge garden for children to play in. Proper pub grub. Very warm welcome as we stepped into the pub. Lovely pint of Carlsberg and my chicken and Mediterranean veg flat bread was delicious! Lots of seating inside and out and all the stuff were very friendly. Great to see an independent pub so well supported by locals!

Hot food, served quickly. Tv for world cup football. Friendly staff and acceptable drinks prices. Very busy at weeknds and sunday roasts. So book a table. Good portion sizes. Tasty veg

Lovely place to eat with friendly staff. We struggled to find somewhere to have a nice meal while on holiday in Bacton on Sunday and we were recommended The Goat Inn, we were really impressed the lovely barman was so welcoming and helpful. We were worried we were too late to order food but he reassured us it was fine and have to say the food was lovely and so well presented. Would definitely go back. Thank you for accommodating us.
