Rolling Norfolk farmland surrounds Stackyard Cottage, a single-storey barn conversion where footpaths and bridle routes begin at the gate. Weavers Way passes nearby, along with woodland trails and a designated walking route alongside Dilham Canal. The North Norfolk coast—sandy beaches at Mundesley, Cromer and Sheringham among them—lies within reach by car, as do the Norfolk Broads.
Ground floor throughout, the cottage holds a king bedroom, a twin room, and a bathroom with bath and shower. The open-plan living space combines a wood-burning stove, contemporary kitchen (electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave), and dining area, with French doors opening to an enclosed lawned garden and patio. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and logs are provided. Two cars can park on the drive; a bike store is available. One well-behaved pet is welcome. No smoking inside.
The layout—everything on one level—suits those who prefer to avoid stairs. The garden looks across farmland towards the horizon. The cottage stands on the owner's grounds but retains its own entrance and privacy.
