Sun Bless

Sun Bless is a detached, single-bedroom retreat built into a converted van and set within a private clearing surrounded by thousands of acres of woodland. Everything you need is included: bed linen, towels, electricity (via solar panels), and the initial fuel for the wood burner. The property sleeps two in a full-size double bed and sits entirely on the ground floor, with a combined living and kitchen space, a bedroom area, and an external shower room with a compost toilet.

The setup is deliberately simple and self-contained. The kitchen has a gas hob for cooking; the living area includes a TV, DVD player, books and games. Outside, there's a separate kitchen area with a wood burner, firepit and barbecue, a sink for washing up, and a front garden. Private parking accommodates two cars. A wood burner provides heating, and the whole property runs on renewable energy. No smoking is permitted.

The site is genuinely quiet—wildlife including herons and muntjac deer are the only neighbours. This suits anyone seeking solitude rather than facilities or proximity to attractions. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout before 10:00.
