This single-storey cottage combines modest proportions with practical comfort. The ground floor is open-plan, with living space, dining area and a kitchen fitted for proper cooking—oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and all the basics. Upstairs, a bedroom with a king bed and a shower room complete the layout. The essentials are covered: heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included, and dogs stay free.

Ludham is a working village rather than a tourist showpiece. The shop, post office, pub and butcher serve locals and visitors alike. The real draw is the Broads themselves: water stretches out to walk beside, fishing is serious business here, and you can hire pedalos or simply watch the boats pass. Wroxham—the Broads' commercial hub—is a short drive away, with boat hire, restaurants and shops. For something different, Wroxham Barns offers a petting farm and craft outlets. Sandy beaches at Hemsby, Winterton-on-Sea and Sea Palling are all under ten miles. Norwich, with its castle, cathedral and museums, is within reach for a larger day out.

There is parking for one car on site and an enclosed garden with seating and a barbecue. Smoking is not permitted. Check-in is from 16:00 and checkout before 10:00.
