Hill Barn

Hill Barn is a converted granary in North Norfolk that can sleep 14 across seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Everything essential is covered: electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included, along with a cot and highchair for younger guests. The property has a hot tub in the garden, which is enclosed, and there's a barbecue for outdoor cooking. A log-burning stove provides warmth through colder months. One dog is welcome to join you.

The building itself is flint-built with countryside views across the surrounding land. Inside, the layout retains character features from its agricultural past, with airy rooms and considered interiors. The scale of the place—seven bedrooms and bathrooms—means families or groups of friends have genuine space and comfort without crowding. Smoking is not permitted inside.

This works for larger gatherings wanting a shared base rather than multiple separate bookings, or for extended family trips where everyone can still have their own bedroom and bathroom. You get the whole property to yourselves. Check-in is after 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
