Maple Barn
North Norfolk

Walking through Maple Barn reveals a layout built around its converted barn heritage. Five bedrooms and five bathrooms mean there's space for ten people to spread out across rooms defined by period features—oak beams, vaulted ceilings and flint walls that belong to the building's working past. The whole property is yours alone, with parking on site and an enclosed garden to use as you wish.
The essentials are covered: electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, and there's heating to keep you warm. One well-behaved pet is welcome to stay. Smoking is not permitted inside.
Maple Barn sits near Swanton Morley Village Hall and Playing Field in North Norfolk countryside. The location suits large family groups or friends who want to share a rural base, with the barn's original character preserved in every room—no modern renovation has softened its timber frames or stone.

Just back from a short weekend break at this lovely Barn. Fantastic location if you love nature, rural and secluded. Communication with owners was first rate, responded to texts in good time. Very well equipped and superb decor and fittings. Warm, cosy and private. Good access to the Suffolk coast and all in between dependant if you want wild windswept coastline - as we did, or lovely quaint Suffolk villages. Our Dog Max loved it and relaxed immediately after walking through the door. Garden was fenced, large enough and very private with lovely views over the nearby fields. We will certainly return again during the warmer weather. Highly recommended. Alan, Paula and Max the dog.

Great hosts who left a welcome basket of teas, coffees and cake as well as juice and milk in the fridge. The cottage was well equipped with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, among other things. There was a wood burner with logs should the need arise and the heating was efficient anyway. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the bedroom had a TV as well as one in the sitting room. There was a garden to sit in if wanted and a gym is available in the courtyard for guests to use. Overall a great place to come for a relaxing time.

Just back from a really lovely week spent at Hare Barn. Beautiful, well equipped accommodation in a really lovely village setting and very welcoming hosts. Lots of places on the door step to walk the dog, lovely dog friendly pub which we visited on a Tuesday- this is quiz night and only a limited food menu is available. Coastal areas and the Broads are approximate 45-60 mins away by car. Blessed with great weather, and all in all a great week.
