Norfolk Riverside Cottages - Riverside

The Norfolk Broads and the coast are within easy reach of Riverside, a detached cottage standing beside the River Ant in Stalham Staithe. Boat hire is available on-site through the adjoining boatyard, and fishing is possible right from the property (a licence is required). The Norfolk Broads Museum is a short walk away. Wroxham, the Broads' main hub, lies 8 miles south; BeWILDerwood near Horning and the seaside at Sea Palling are closer still. The Weavers Way footpath runs through Stalham for walking and cycling. Norwich city centre—with its cathedral, theatre, castle museum and independent shops—is about 20 miles away, while Great Yarmouth is 16 miles to the east.

The cottage sleeps eight across four bedrooms: one double with an ensuite shower, another double, and two rooms with single beds. Two bathrooms and separate toilets serve the property. Downstairs holds a living room with a wood fire and Freeview TV, a separate dining room, and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, and all the usual appliances. An enclosed garden with seating looks onto the Staithe. Two cars can park on site. Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are provided; initial logs for the fire are included. No smoking indoors.
