Norfolk Riverside Cottages - Solace

Solace stands on a working boatyard beside the River Ant, in the small conservation hamlet of Stalham Staithe. The location means you can arrange a motor launch mooring on request, or fish from the bank (with a licence). The North Norfolk coast is about four miles away; the Norfolk Broads and Norwich city centre are both within easy reach by car.

The cottage has two bedrooms—a king-size on the ground floor and two singles upstairs—plus one bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs, an open-plan living space combines a sitting area (with Freeview TV and DVD player), dining space and kitchen. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washing machine, opening onto a veranda with outdoor furniture. Ground-floor doors also lead out to the veranda and lawned garden with seating. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. There is private parking on site. The cottage is non-smoking and sleeps four.
